Looking the other way for a change, away from the town lights and across the busy A316. Is anyone in that crawl of cars looking at the view as well?

I used to look at the view and get hooted by whichever numbnut was behind me for not inching forward quickly enough.

The view from the train is better. En route to meet the girl who is now my wife for the first time I saw a pair of crested grebes doing their strange little courtship ritual as my train chugged into Richmond from St Margarets

Glad there is someone else looking and not at all surprised that you are one of them đŸ™‚

I’ll keep an eye out for the crested grebes too. Once I get an iPhone 4S I should be able to take decent photos of any I spot.

      Thanks for commenting.
